iLead Pathway to Career Excellence
The iLead program is specifically designed for students who have completed the iDiscover program and are now poised to shift their focus toward career preparation and targets individuals who possess a strong foundation in independent reading and comprehension, can organise and execute tasks autonomously, and exhibit self-motivation and passion for their chosen fields.
Students are expected to embrace a self-paced learning approach and have a good grasp of various digital tools, which will support their advanced learning and career exploration journey.
